5 Healthy and balanced Breakfast Smoothies– 1 For every Day Of The Week.

Monday– Yellow Smoothie.
1/2 mug pineapple juice.
1/2 mug Greek yogurt.
1/2 mug icy pineapple, diced.
1/2 cup frozen mango.
1 banana, chopped.
1 tsp grated ginger.

Tuesday– Orange Shake.
1/4 cup orange juice.
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt.
1 small orange, peeled off and also frozen.
1/2 peach, peeled off and diced.
1 carrot, grated.

Wednesday– Red Smoothie.
1/4 mug almond milk.
1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
1/2 mug icy raspberries.
1/2 mug frozen strawberries.
1/2 cup icy watermelon.

Thursday– Purple Smoothie.
1/2 mug pomegranate juice.
1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt.
1/2 mug frozen blackberries.
1/2 cup icy blueberries.
1/4 cup cherries, matched.

Friday– Eco-friendly Smoothie mix.
1/2 cup orange juice.
1/2 vanilla Greek yogurt.
1/2 avocado, peeled off.
2 kiwis, peeled.
1 handful of child spinach.

Add liquid to the blender or food processor first.
Add remaining active ingredients.
Mix well.
Store in the refrigerator for approximately 3 days.

    • Thomas Favre I make a big glass (0.4 liter) and I put about a 1/3 of a
      banana (and I eat the rest, a handful of raspberries and of spinach, a
      little piece of ginger and the liquid, I just add some until it’s liquid.

      Thanks! That doesn’t sound like a lot, though! My typical smoothie was: one
      banana, one Ataulfo mango (or frozen chunks), 1/2 avocado, one tablespoon
      of chia seeds, 1/4 cup rolled oats and almond milk. Occasionally I would
      add a little bit of tempeh (fermented soy beans) for proteins, and some
      greek yogurt. Still, I was always hungry before lunch. I stopped having
      smoothies on a regular basis because it didn’t seem to work for me, but I’m
      always on the look out for new recipes.

  1. Any kind of juice that is not juiced by you is actually just sugar. So stop
    with the store bought juice. Stop with the sugar overload!
